Our dine in space is cozy, friendly, and filled with the aroma of fresh baked bread and pastries along with the smell of coffee brewing. We proudly serve Durango coffees along with our boutique breakfasts and bougie sandwiches. Depending on the day and time, you can see our talented bakers preparing tomorrows breads and bagels through our two large windows overlooking our boulangerie. All of our menu items are 100% scratch made down to the mayonnaise that we use for our sandwiches and stocks that we make for our soups. Our bread and bagels along with our laminated pastries are all a three day process. We believe in slow food because we know that that increases the amount of flavor as well as being beneficial for your body’s digestion system. Our bread and bagels are considered a prebiotic and as such are good for your gut health. It’s very important to us to use only natural ingredients and the freshest that we can find. We are proud to support our local small businesses and are community minded, striving to make a difference within our doors and out.
You may also preorder all your favorite treats here on our website for Saturday’s only. You must place your order before noon on Friday. All preorders must be picked up on Saturdays from 8AM - 2PM. We are located at 401 Cleveland Rd, Granbury, TX 76049 (Behind Grumps Burgers). No waiting in line required! Simply come inside our dining area and look for our “PRE-ORDER” sign, where one of our amazing team members will personally deliver your order to you.
Our 2nd location located in Glen Rose, Texas, is coming soon in January 2025! Meanwhile in order for us to bring our baked goods closer to you, we are taking Dolly out to different communities regularly. Will your town be the location for our third BAKED!?

I dream of the days where you would stop at the butcher shop and you knew his name and his family and you would talk about what meat would be best for your special dinner. Then you would stop at the little shop where the baker had just baked her fresh breads and pick up a loaf of bread for your special meal. The vegetable and fruit stand was near by as well as the cheese shop. We’ve sadly lost something in the race for convenience and quick, easy food.
We truly love the artisans in our community that are passionate about what they are doing. We love to support them and encourage them, for where is food without the relationships and bonds that you form.
